[DEV LOG] [The-Demo-Sites] Apologies Update [1]?

LIFE HAPPENS
ME

As some may know, I created a brand new... or somewhat new site called, The-Demo-Sites.

Unfortunately my day-time job has prevented me from continuing to update anything on it. I barely started it, and I had planned a whole series on exploring websites and web-development from an entire different perspective compared to modern day thinking.

However, due to certain natural events. I was unable to do so.

Apart from limited sleep, and a few things here and there.  I didn't suffer any damage. Physically at least. Mentally, not so much.

Its not till a few days ago that I actually managed to fully enjoy being back behind a key-board. As such, it took a while for me to motivate myself into accomplishing my goals before the incidents took place.

Didn't care much about things and so I was unable to continue research and updating people as I go.

In short I apologize for things not working out.

I plan to go back to https://the-demo-sites.dev and making it fully functional... at some point in the future.

But for the moment I will be focusing on a few other side projects as I get used to the CMS I have chosen for 3 sites in particular.

  1. the-demo-sites.dev
  2. aiworm.blog
  3. aiworm.ink

The first one is obvious, the second one refers to this site and the last one is my personal hobbies of books/stories that I wish to share in its own little cocoon.

The CMS being Publii.

My primary hosting being Github and everything else being handled by CloudFlare.

With those 3 things, I was able to get started pretty quickly. Though I already have access to quite a few domains at the moment. As such it was quite quick to get started.

I chose a simple Terminal Theme provided by the Publii Marketplace for this site as I wish for it to be more of a technical and straight to the point kind of site.

I'm not trying to dox myself, so I won't. But working 15 hour shifts for multiple days was not pleasant. So forgive me if I lacked the energy to devote any time after those weeks to doing what I loved.

I spent my free time watching Youtube (my favorite creators and anything I missed) and catching up on all the Anime, Web-Novels, and Online-Cartoons (anime like style) that I had to catch up on.

Also just so you all know, I created this post as a way to start adding things to this site. I need content and a way to start organizing everything. I will more than likely let this stay online once I publish it, but I will at least remove the "Mark as Featured" tag that may show it in the homepage.

Today is Sunday November 10, around 7:13pm

Goodbye
